All hard drives should be placed in an anti-static bag, (if possible) and placed in a strong box with enough space to allow for extrapackaging material to be placed around the disk - for example bubble-wrap or shipping foam). ...It is important that the devices do not move around in the box.

Memory Sticks

Memory sticks, media cards and USB media should go into a padded envelope. We also suggest that you ship your device with Royal Mail and use a tracking number. You can email the number to us, so we update you when we have received it and know its on its way.
